Hi everyone!

I know, I’ve been horrible for not writing in so long.  But honestly with working over 8 hours a day on a computer and studying in the evenings on a computer, sometimes writing on a computer any more than necessary (even if it’s normally enjoyable) can become a chore!  But I’ve missed you all and I haven’t checked most of my friends’ blogs in ages either, so I feel completely out of the loop.  So now I guess it’s time to catch up!

Today I am by no means going to try to tackle a summary of the last several months, but maybe soon I might give it a shot.  Today, it’s all about the short entry.  So here it goes…

This week Branden and I are preparing for our first official camping trip together!  Woo hoo!  We have both been camping several times on our own, but never since we’ve met.  We’re so excited!  We’re going with a few friends to Huntsville, which is a whopping one hour north of us.  Branden has bought a tent (well, two, actually, the first one was way too big) and now I’m coordinating with the girls about our food for the weekend.  I can’t wait to get away from home!!  Jana is trying to get us to come up with a camp cheer and Jenny is planning campfire songs.   We’re totally going to cheese it up.  The main things we’re praying for is that it won’t rain and that it won’t be too hot.  Right now there is a chance it will be both.  Which could make for a very cranky Liz, but hopefully I’ll be able to rise above the discomfort.  If I can survive camping in a snow storm in Canada, then I should be able to handle camping in 90 degrees in Houston (hopefully).  I’ll be sure to update more and share some pictures!
